- 2oz Lemon Sour
- 1.5oz cognac
- .25oz Cointreau
- Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker full of ice, shake well, and strain into a sugar-rimmed cocktail glass.
- Rimming the glass well in advance allows the sugar to set nicely before serving the drink. When rimming, add moisture to the outside of the glass rim by rubbing it with the pulp of a lemon wedge and roll the outside of the rim only (don’t get sugar on the inside of the glass) in a plate of superfine sugar. Superfine sugar works much better than granulated sugar.
