.5oz Fresh Victor Lemon Sour
5oz Benedictine
4oz prosecco or Brut rose sparkling wine
Directions
Chill all ingredients beforehand.
Add Fresh Victor and Benedictine first.
Slowly fill with sparkling wine, monitoring the bubbles.
