2oz dry red wine

.5oz aged grape brandy (VS or VSOP Cognac, Spanish Brandy, or American Brandy)

.25oz Cointreau

Optional: Dry citrus soda (such as San Pellegrino, Fever Tree, or Q Drinks) or Dry Sparkling Wine

Instructions

Add all ingredients to a large goblet full of ice and stir gently.

.25oz apple cider vinegar

Diced green apple

Half wheel slices of lemon and orange

Dry citrus soda (such as San Pellegrino, Fever Tree, or Q Drinks)

Instructions

1.5oz Brandy or Whiskey

2 sprigs fresh mint

1 (or all three) wheels of each citrus

Instructions

In a cocktail shaker, add the spirit, Fresh Victor, and one sprig of mint. Fill with ice and shake well for 5-10 seconds, Strain over fresh ice (double strain with a tea strainer if you don’t want the mint leaf pieces), Garnish with the second mint sprig and one wheel each of lemon, lime, and orange.

Singapore Sling Vodka, Easy
Ingredients

3oz Pineapple & Ginger Root

1.5oz gin

.25oz Benedictine

.5oz Cherry Heering

.3oz Grenadine*

.5oz fresh lime juice

1 dash Angostura bitters

Instructions

Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker full of ice, shake well and strain over ice (or crushed ice). Garnish with a pineapple wedge and a maraschino cherry.


To make fresh grenadine, warm 1 cup of unsweetened pomegranate juice on the stove and add 1 cup of sugar to it, then stir to dissolve. Add .5 teaspoon orange flower water and 1oz pomegranate molasses and stir again to integrate. To add shelf life to your syrup, add .5oz vodka as a preservative.

Bahama Mama Vodka, Easy
Ingredients

5oz Pineapple & Ginger Root

.75oz white rum

.75oz aged rum

.75oz Myer’s Dark or Coruba rum

.5oz coconut rum

1 tsp grenadine

Dash Angostura bitters

Maraschino cherry

Orange slice

Instructions

Lemon Sour Our perfectly balanced Lemon Sour is sure to set the stage for unforgettable happy hours. Mix it with whiskey, a dash of egg whites, and some bitters for an incredible whiskey sour. Or, do the same and top off with a couple spoons of red wine and you’ve got an amazing New York Sour.
Kabuki Lemonade Vodka, Easy
Ingredients

2oz Lemon Sour

2oz Matcha Tea-infused Vodka*

2 sprigs of mint

Instructions

In a mixing glass, muddle the leaves of one healthy sprig of mint (make sure the sprig has at least five good-sized leaves, if the leaves are small, double up). Add the remaining ingredients and fill with ice. Shake hard for 10 seconds and double strain over fresh ice, tall. Garnish with a slapped mint sprig.


To make infused vodka, add one matcha tea bag to each 8oz of vodka and steep for 5-10 minutes.

Sidecar Vodka, Easy
Ingredients

2oz Lemon Sour

1.5oz cognac

.25oz Cointreau

Instructions

Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker full of ice, shake well, and strain into a sugar-rimmed cocktail glass.


Rimming the glass well in advance allows the sugar to set nicely before serving the drink. When rimming, add moisture to the outside of the glass rim by rubbing it with the pulp of a lemon wedge and roll the outside of the rim only (don’t get sugar on the inside of the glass) in a plate of superfine sugar. Superfine sugar works much better than granulated sugar.

Ingredients

2.5oz Lemon Sour

2.5oz matcha tea

1oz simple syrup

2 mint sprigs

In a cocktail shaker full of ice, add Fresh Victor, matcha tea, and 1 mint sprig, shake well, strain into a highball glass and fill with ice. Garnish with second mint sprig.

Mexican Lime & Agave Mexican Lime & Agave is a bartender’s best friend for simple and fresh margaritas, but it can be used for so much more. Try it with aged rum, ginger beer, and bitters for a delicious Anejo Highball, or with white rum for a one-of-a-kind daiquiri.

3oz Fresh Victor Mexican Lime & Agave

1.5-2oz blanco or reposado tequila

Instructions

In a tall glass, build all ingredients and top with ice. Stir gently to combine. Garnish with a lime wedge and a cucumber wheel.

Blackbeard Vodka, Easy
Ingredients

2oz Mexican Lime & Agave

1oz unaged agricole rum

1oz aged Jamaican rum

4-5 blackberries (or 1.5oz blackberry puree)

2 sprigs of fresh mint

soda water

Instructions

Into a mixing glass, peel the leaves of two mint sprigs and reserve the top of one for garnish. Add blackberries and muddle until berries are well juiced. Add the rums, lime juice and agave nectar and fill with ice. Shake well for 10 seconds and double strain tall and over fresh ice. Top with soda water and stir. Slap mint and garnish.

1.5oz Averna

Instructions

In a cocktail shaker full of ice, add all ingredients, shake well, and strain up in a short glass (no ice).

1oz soda water

Celery Cup No. 2 Red wine, Intermediate
Ingredients

2oz Cucumber & Lime

1.5oz Square One Cucumber Organic Vodka

2” of celery stalk pieces

2 Tablespoons of de-stemmed cilantro leaves

.5 oz Pimm’s


Instructions

Prep the celery by cutting stalks into one inch pieces and pull the cilantro leaves from the stalks. In a mixing glass, muddle the celery pieces, cilantro leaves into a pulp. Add the Fresh Victor, Pimm’s, and vodka. Cover in ice and shake hard for 10 seconds. Hawthorne strain tall over fresh ice and garnish with a center piece of celery.

White Sangria Mocktail
Ingredients

3oz Cucumber & Lime

3oz dry white table wine

1oz soda water

Green grapes, halved

Cubed or wedged Honey Crisp or Fuji Apple

Lemon wheels

In a large wine glass, add all liquid ingredients, fill with ice, add garnishes and stir gently.
