Ingredients

1 oz Mexican Lime & Agave
1.5-2 oz blanco or reposado tequila
- 6-9 oz high quality soda water (traditionally Topo Chico)
Optional: a dash of orange bitters
Directions
In a glass full of ice (optional if the soda is really cold), add all ingredients, stir gently and serve.
