(When will I get my Fresh Victor!?!)

We ship to 49 states (sorry Alaska).

Our first name is “Fresh”, and that means we have to take extra care shipping Fresh Victor to you. Sometimes that means you may have to wait an extra day or two, but trust us, it will be worth it.

All orders are shipped cold-packed to ensure maximum freshness and deliciousness. Fresh Victor is gently pasteurized, so please keep it refrigerated. 

We ship Monday-Thursday*, and orders received by 12 noon (PST) will ship the same day. If you place your order after Thursday at 12 noon (PST) the Llamas will hold your order to ship the following Monday.

*Orders going to a business address and received on Thursday will be held until the following Monday unless the Llamas are sure it will be delivered before the weekend! Delivery times are not guaranteed and are subject to FedEx shipping schedules and/or delays.

Our cold-packed shipping is set up to help keep your order fresh and cold -- even if it takes a little longer to get to you. And we are a scrappy start-up as well, so we appreciate your patience and understanding if cocktail hour has to wait an extra day or two.  Cheers!

Refund Policy

Thanks for purchasing Fresh Victor. We offer a full money-back guarantee for all purchases made on our website.

If you are not satisfied with the product that you have purchased from us, for any reason, you can get your money back to your original form of payment and at your purchase price. You are eligible for a full refund (including shipping) within seven days of your purchase.

After the seven-day period, you will no longer be eligible and won’t be able to receive a refund. We encourage our customers to try the product within a few days receiving it and prior to the expiration date on the product.
