SHIPPING

How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is free for 6 bottles or more. Shipping is a flat fee of $20 for any order less than 6.

When do you ship out orders?
We ship only from Monday - Wednesday to ensure freshness in transit.

When is the best time to order Fresh Victor?
If you place your order Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday by 11am PST, it will ship the same day.

Which carrier do you use to ship your products?
We ship via 2-day Fedex.

Do you deliver on Saturdays?
We do not do Saturday deliveries since not all Fedex routes have guaranteed Saturday delivery.

How do I track my package?
You will receive a tracking link via email for your package when it ships.

How does my order stay fresh?
Orders ship in insulated packaging with ice bricks which will keep your order fresh and cold while in transit.

I got my delivery but the ice packs have melted. Is this ok? Absolutely. The ice packs shipped with your order may arrive partially or fully melted. These ice packs are included to help regulate temperatures during transit. The good news? The ice packs are reusable, so feel free to pop them back in the freezer for future use!

What do I do if my order arrives damaged? Please send a photo or video of the package and its contents to our customer support team at hello@freshvictor.com. Unfortunately, package handling by shipping carriers can vary, and sometimes the packaging doesn’t arrive as perfectly as we’d like. We’re here to help!
REFRIGERATION

How long do the mixers stay fresh?
Our mixers are good for up to 3 months in the fridge, and good for up to 1 year in the freezer! If frozen, thaw in the fridge for 2-3 days, then best if used within 2-3 weeks of thawing.

Ingredients are found on each product detail page on our website; nutritional panels are found on the image carousel of each product page as well.
