Ingredients

1.25oz Fresh Victor Grapefruit & Sea Salt
- 1.5oz bourbon
- .25oz honey syrup
Directions
In a cocktail shaker, add all ingredients, fill the shaker with ice, shake well (to chill and dilute) and strain up into a cocktail glass.
For spritz: add a splash of soda water.
For royale: add splash of champagne.
