Ingredients

2oz Fresh Victor Grapefruit & Sea Salt
2oz VSOP cognac
- .5oz fig syrup (ie, Liber & Co)
Garnish: Vertically sliced half of a black mission fig (fresh or dehydrated). Garnish with the half fig laying in the glass, cut side up.
Directions
In a cocktail shaker, add all ingredients, fill the shaker with ice, shake well (to chill and dilute) and strain up (no ice) in a small Old Fashioned glass.
Add garnish and serve.
