Ingredients
- 3oz Pineapple & Ginger Root
- 1.5oz gin
- .25oz Benedictine
- .5oz Cherry Heering
- .3oz grenadine*
- .5oz fresh lime juice
- 1 dash Angostura bitters
Directions
Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker full of ice, shake well and strain over ice (or crushed ice).
Garnish with a pineapple wedge and a maraschino cherry.
